The End of School! Hooray!!

At last, the end of school! It's one of my favorite times of the year!! Our school always has an award assembly to honor the kids' great efforts. Unfortunately, I was unable to go to it this year because it was the day after Reese was born and I was still pretty strung out in bed. However, Ben rarely gets to go and since he was home he was able to go cheer on our kiddles! All three of the kids got an award!! We have such great kids!!

McKade got the Top Academic award! We call that the smart cookie award at our house! Way to go Smart Cookie!! 

Nick got a special award, the .......5 award! Their school has 5 qualities that they teach the kids. They are courage, compassion, integrity, respect, & responsibility. Nick got an award for showing all 5!!

Skylar also got the Top Academic Award! I think it's great that she has earned this every year of school, but she wishes she could get something else for a change. Top Academic ain't too shabby, Skylar!!
