Day 3: Disneyland

We started off our adventures at Disneyland. We got there right at opening and after the quick first shot we always get in front of the Mickey face we headed straight for Finding Nemo before the line got huge. It was definitely the least crowded of the days we were there so we got in quite a few rides in a short time that morning. Skylar was stoked that we got to see Captain E-O since she is so into Michael Jackson right now. Seems like I remember someone else that shared that same obsession at her same age way back in the day.








We went over to California Adventure to meet some characters at our exclusive meet 'n greet we get to go to with my credit card. We got to meet Pluto!

We also met Chip & Dale and Mater & Lightning McQueen.








We are big fans of Pixar in this house so we of course love all the Pixar rides. One of our favorite rides over at California Adventure is Toy Story. It's always a huge wait but so much fun!! We spent most of the day at Cali Adventure and went on a bunch of rides...the big kids' favorites being Screamin' and Soarin'. We saw the amazing Aladdin show from the third row!
















We went back over to Disneyland for dinner at Cafe Orleans, which has got to be the yummiest place ever to eat. We watched the way cool fireworks and awesome Fantasmic! We then hit some rides, Winnie the Pooh being the favorite for the littles, and Indiana Jones the hit for the big kids (mom & dad included!) Nick was so excited that he was tall enough to get on Indiana Jones. Thank heavens for tall shoes!! As always, we hit Pirates, our entire family's absolute favorite, last. It was a great day!!
