Ben decided to take the day off yesterday since Skylar & Nick were out of school for Fall Break so that we could have a day of fall fun. It was such a beautiful, warm fall day. We headed up to Thanksgiving Point to go to the Scarecrow Festival. This was definitely made for the younger crowd so our kids had a great time. They had a kiddie haunted house, kid's games, and a gazillion blow up slide/bounce things. Admission even included the farm so the kids all got to ride on a pony and we all went on a hay ride too. Afterwards we picked out some pumpkins from their "pumpkin patch" (just a bunch of pumpkins on the grass-not too "patchy"). We then headed to the good 'ol $1 movies to see Wall-E which was a great ending to a fun day!!
I welcome comments...even if you want to tell me I'm a jerk. I just approve them first because sometimes you get that junk stuff that no one wants...and I don't always want people to know that I'm a jerk. I know who I am. I know God's plan. I'll follow Him in faith.
